Refund Policy The only time a refund will be issued is when a player gets injured and notifies us before the tournament begins. A refund will not be issued because our estimated arrival time of 4-6 weeks is not met, it is an ESTIMATE only and the best one we can possibly give. In case of a total rainout at a tournament, we will do our best to make up the filming at a later date and time. We are associated with many of the top showcases throughout the United States and chances are your team will be at another one of our tournaments. If the player does not perform well, and therefore you are not happy with the footage we get of them, we can't make footage up. A player not performing well is not valid grounds for a refund, as we still did all the work. We hope you understand this policy and if not, please direct any questions to us that you may have. |
