Policy: If there is one game played for a tournament there will be no refund given even if the package is for three games. If the tournament is canelled without a game being played Name Your Sport has the option of rescheduling that taping at a future event. Name Your Sport is associated with many showcases throughout the country and can arrange to video the player at a later date if necessary. There will be no refunds given if Name Your Sport is delayed in production. When we are asked a time frame for delivery it is only an ESTIMATE. We have no way to give an exact date but we do estimate 4-6 weeks for delivery time. Some players will receive their video in one week and some will receive it later.

If we cannot possibly tape for a player and there has not been a game played at all for a particular tournament we will give a refund. Name Your Sport will make this decision.

If a player has an injury PRIOR to the tournament we will refund the full amount.

Deposits: 50% Required
There will be a few instances when Name Your Sport will be discounting heavily at showcases. We WILL REQUIRE FULL PAYMENTS FOR THESE TOURNAMENTS IN ADVANCE of the tournament.
